Almost a decade after opening her first shop on the famous “Independent Designers Row’ on 9th St between 1st and 2nd Aves, Huminska proudly announces the opening of her second boutique. The brand new Nolita flagship is housed in a small and elegant French tiled salon at 248 Mott, where a golden staircase spirals down to her den of creativity.
HUMINSKA's classic collection, inspired by grand dames, vintage fabrics and whimsical dream states, is an ode to several muses, among them Marilyn, Audrey, Greta… And traces of her past incarnation as a milliner punctuate this aesthetic with the occasional hat made in her basement workshop, delightful one-of-a-kind confections in silk and velvet that perfectly complement the flirty, sexy, curvy dress line that bears her name.
Her passionate and long held belief is ‘Fit is Everything!’ The fabulous florals and polka dotted delights glide with style and ease over every woman’s natural lines, from budding beauty to mature sophisticate.
